The Professeur (Cassandra) was impressed with my rapid bakeoff last night.
I had the BEST time at the cuisine in Bath and have made friends with the mature lady in the Class.. Robin- she shared her sandwich with me (Back to School)
We baked a Fruit Cake, not my speciality but..Can't wait for next weeks Decor class, sugar craft!
